Terms and Conditions of Dunt.nl explain which agreements apply when you use our website or place an order. On this page you will find clear information about ordering, payment, delivery, discreet shipping, tracking, customer obligations and the use of our webshop.

2. Who is it for?

These terms apply to everyone who orders from us. You must be 18+ to visit our site and place orders. No exceptions.

3. When do these terms apply?

From the moment you visit our website until the handling of your order. By ordering, you agree to these terms.

4. Our Offer

  • All product photos are real ’ – what you see is what you get
  • Prices are clearly listed
  • Stock may run out – sold out = sold out
  • Typos may occur, we are only human

5. Placing an Order

Your order is final once:

  1. Your payment is received
  2. We have sent your order confirmation

We can refuse orders for:

  • Suspected abuse
  • Minors
  • Payment issues
  • Bulk/wholesale orders

6. Return policy

Note: Due to the nature of our products you CANNOT return if:

  • The seal is broken
  • The product is opened
  • More than 24 hours have passed after delivery

This is for hygienic and legal reasons.

7. Prices

  • All prices are in Euros
  • Excluding shipping costs (unless otherwise stated)
  • Free shipping from €100 (NL) / €150 (EU)
  • VAT included where applicable

8. Shipping

  • Standard with track & trace
  • Discrete packaging
  • Delivery time: 1-2 days (NL), 2-10 days (EU)
  • Ordered before 12:00 = shipped same day
  • Risk after delivery is yours

9. Payment

We accept:

  • Credit card/Debit card (+ 8.50% fee)
  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Litecoin (LTC)
  • Tether (USDT)
  • USDC (USDC)

Payment in advance, otherwise no shipping.

10. Problems?

Complaint? This is how it works:

  1. Email us within 48 hours after delivery
  2. We respond within 2 business days
  3. We will find a solution together
  4. Not resolved? Then we will look for another way

Package not arrived?

  • Check your track & trace first
  • Nothing after 14 days? Email us
  • We resend 1x free

11. Privacy

  • We only keep what is necessary
  • Order data: up to 2 weeks after delivery
  • We share nothing with third parties

12. Liability

  • We do our best, but shit happens
  • Always check your address details
  • We are not responsible after delivery
  • In case of force majeure (PostNL strike etc.) we do our best to resolve it

13. Important Rules

  • 18+ only – We conduct spot checks
  • No wholesale – This is for personal use
  • Discrete delivery – But you are responsible after receipt
  • Dutch law – These terms fall under Dutch law
