After shipping, it can take 1-3 business days before your tracking code becomes active. Also, there can be longer periods without updates in between. This does not mean your package is lost, it is simply on its way!

Delays with the carrier unfortunately occur, especially during busy periods. We have no influence over this. We have exactly the same tracking information as you and cannot provide you with additional interim updates.

To keep our waiting times short for everyone, we unfortunately cannot answer messages about interim tracking updates individually. We ask you to be patient and monitor the tracking yourself.

When to get in touch?

Is your package after 14 days (since the first scan) still not delivered and you see no movement in the tracking? Feel free to contact us — we will look for a suitable solution together.
