Pay
We accept credit/debit cards and cryptocurrency. There's a 6% surcharge for credit card payments. This covers fees charged by Visa, Mastercard, payment processors, and banks. Our advice: Pay with crypto if you can – you'll save 6% and enjoy greater privacy.
We accept: Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), USDT (Tether) – Ethereum ERC20, USDC (USD Coin) – Ethereum ERC20. Our recommendation: Pay with USDT or USDC! These stablecoins don't fluctuate in value, so there are no surprises due to price changes.
Unfortunately not, our payment provider doesn't support this. But you can still get by with a credit card or crypto!

Ordered before 12:00 on weekdays? Shipped the same day! Ordered after 12:00? Shipped the next business day. Weekends/holidays? Then it'll be out Monday!
The Netherlands: 1-2 business days. Belgium/Germany: 2-4 business days. France: 3-5 business days. Rest of Europe: 3-10 business days. Please note: All information about your shipment can be found on the tracking page. We have no additional insight into delays or stopped tracking.

Other Questions
Scenario 1: Just received the tracking code - The code has been generated, but the package still needs to be picked up. Check again tomorrow – you'll usually see the first update then! Scenario 2: Still no updates after 1-2 days - Sometimes it takes a while for the package to be scanned. Please be patient – updates will come automatically. Scenario 3: Updates stopped and the package seems stuck? No need to panic yet, as packages don't always move daily and not every step is scanned. Haven't received anything after 14 days? Send us your order number and we'll arrange a free replacement (once per order). P.S.: Due to the nature of our products, we don't call the mail order company. Thanks for your understanding!
We don't have any additional tracking information! We see the exact same tracking as you. Emailing "Where is my package now?" is pointless – we can't tell you anything more than what your tracking shows.
Check your tracking – it's often with your neighbors or at a pickup point. It says "delivered" but you haven't received anything? Also check your mailbox, behind your door, or ask your housemates. Still nothing after 3 business days? Email us with your order number.
As long as the package hasn't shipped yet, we can change the address. Email us immediately! Unfortunately, once it's in transit, we can't change anything.
Take photos of the packaging and contents and email us within 48 hours. We'll work with you to find a solution.
