After shipping, it can take 1-3 business days for your tracking code to become active. There may also be longer periods without updates in between. This doesn't mean your package is lost; it's simply in transit!

Carrier delays unfortunately do occur, especially during peak periods. We have no control over this. We have the exact same tracking information as you and cannot provide you with any additional updates in the meantime.

To keep our waiting times short for everyone, we unfortunately cannot respond individually to messages about interim tracking updates. We ask that you please be patient and monitor your tracking yourself.
